Next time you make chicken, cook some extra breasts to use for these. Shred them, follow the easy recipe, and bake ’em up for dinner. Serve with lo cal blue cheese or ranch for dipping, and celery sticks. Cole slaw would be a great addition too- with carrots to add sweetness.
