Wraps are great! They travel well, so they can go to camp and school for lunches. They have less carb’s than a sandwich made with bread or rolls, and that’s healthy. And you can put all kinds of yummy things in them to treat the taste buds. Even kid size taste buds.
This might be the best thing about wraps for kids. Properly place your healthy ingredients and they won’t necessarily be so visible and they might just get eaten and maybe even LIKED! Shredded carrot or red pepper, buried in the salsa, for example.
