As the school year starts with it’s different routines than we all enjoyed over the summer, it’s the perfect time to introduce other changes to promote healthier living. It’s not just a problem with what they consume at school– although there are ways outlined in this article to begin tackling that part of the equation as well. There’s a whole host of things you can do at home with your kids to foster healthy living- some of them are even fun! It’s basically all about giving them the experiences that lead to making good, healthy choices.
